$175 - Individual or Couples/Family Session (55 minutes)
$65 - Group Therapy Session (90 minutes)
Our clients prefer an individually-tailored experience that is not at the mercy of the strict restraints of insurance companies. We want the freedom to provide you with the most effective, individualized and completely confidential care because we know that people don't fit in small boxes.
Insurance has strict guidelines on the types of therapy, lengths of treatment, and goals to focus on. Insurance companies also require a diagnosis and access to records which may not be appropriate for some of our clients who want control over their confidentiality due to their profession or other reasons. This is why Planting Seeds Recovery choses to be a 100% private pay practice.
We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and Flex Spending cards.
Payment is collected electronically after each session.
We are considered an "Out of Network Provider" meaning that we do not bill insurance directly. We can provide you with a Superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please let us know if you have questions about this process!
Sliding Scale Fees
Each therapist offers a limited number of sliding scale fee sessions to clients with low income or significant hardship.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual or group session, we request that you notify your therapist (via phone/text or email) at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 48 hours will be charged the full session fee. We understand that you may have illness or an emergency and need to cancel; no fee will be collected in these circumstances.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You will receive a good faith estimate before you receive services at Planting Seeds Recovery. This document will outline our fees for service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
